Selected watches come with a 2-Year Warranty on the watch movement (machine). If your watch requires attention during the applicable warranty period, you can contact us or visit one of our outlets for assistance.

2-Year Movement Warranty

The 2-Year Warranty applies to the watch movement (machine) of eligible watches.

Please note that warranty coverage is applicable according to the warranty terms provided with your watch.

For Customers in Karachi

If you are based in Karachi and your eligible watch requires warranty service, you can visit any of our 9 Timezone outlets across Karachi.

Our team will receive the watch and guide you through the repair process.

For Customers Outside Karachi

If you are located outside Karachi, you can send your eligible watch to us for warranty service.

How It Works

·         Contact Timezone and share your order or watch details.

·         Send your watch to the designated Timezone address.

·         Our team will inspect the watch and assess the warranty-related issue.

·         If the issue falls under the applicable warranty coverage, the watch will be repaired accordingly.

·         Once the repair process is completed, the watch will be sent back to you.

Before Sending Your Watch

Please make sure the watch is securely packed to help prevent damage during transportation. Customers may be requested to provide their order details, warranty information, or other relevant information for verification.

Important Information

·         The 2-Year Warranty applies to the watch movement (machine) of eligible watches.

·         Warranty service is subject to verification and inspection.

·         Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to every part or component of the watch.

·         Physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, or other issues outside the applicable warranty coverage may not be covered.

·         Warranty claims are processed after the watch has been inspected.

·         Please contact Timezone before sending a watch from outside Karachi to confirm the required process and shipping details.
